From 2023, the two traditionally separate conferences, ICSCRM and ECSCRM, will merge for the first time into a single event, bringing together the world's leading experts and companies working on silicon carbide and related topics. Since the first conference, held in Washington DC in 1987, ICSCRM has become the leading international forum for technical discussions on all aspects of silicon carbide and related materials, with more than 700 engineers, scientists and students attending each year. The conference venue now changes annually between Japan, North America, Europe and other regions.
