The European trade fair for landscaping and maintenance and construction of sports grounds 2014 closed with a triple record: 1,320 exhibitors, including 23 per cent international, took part at the exhibition – for the first time in 13 exhibition halls. And around 66,500 trade visitors travelled to the event to source information on products and trends in green design, construction and maintenance. This is over 7 per cent more visitors compared to the previous exhibition. The additional sections golf course and PLAYGROUND also attracted lively interest again.

The trade visitors are made up of companies from the horticulture, landscape gardening and open spaces construction sectors, landscape architects as well as planners from government, state and municipal authorities. GaLaBau is perfectly complemented by the two sections, PLAYGROUND and golf course, with their ranges directed at the operators of leisure parks, camp sites and kindergartens as well as at managers involved in the construction, care and management of golf courses.
