In the construction industry, everything is on a bigger scale. Still, visitors place great value on experiencing products up close. That’s why Austrian machinery and plant manufacturer SBM Mineral Processing turned to us to design a trade show booth for their mobile impact crusher, the REMAX 600, and the super-mobile concrete mixing plant, the EUROMIX MOBILE 4000—naturally, in a real outdoor setting.

Our first step was to roll out a 130-foot-long by 20-foot-wide carpet, creating a stage for these two massive machines. We then set up industry-standard construction fences displaying key product information, erected a pavilion, positioned a welcome counter, and arranged tables for meetings beside and even underneath the machines.

This booth was a first for both us and our client: it was our largest outdoor exhibit in the States to date, and for SBM, their debut showcasing concrete mixing and processing technology marked another milestone in building their sales and service network across the U.S.
