Mefa, the trade fair for the meat industry and food production, is one of the oldest trade fairs in Switzerland. In order to create further synergies, the traditional industry platform for the butchery trade is now opening up to suppliers from the supply industry or manufacturing technology, to manufacturers and traders of raw materials, semi-finished and specialized products or to service companies.
